COMMUNICATING ARCHITECTURE
Communicating Architecture is a longer-term, joint undertaking of publishers Park Books (Zurich) and JOVIS (Berlin).
Today, books are more often chosen for the topics they cover than for the name of the publisher behind them. We used this circumstance as an opportunity to launch a completely new form of collaboration and book presentation at the 2016 Frankfurt Book Fair. During the book fair, we presented new releases from both publishers at our joint stand and brought a selection of topics from the areas of architecture and urban planning into the spotlight.
Authors and editors, as well as institutions were invited to visit our stand to learn more about their core areas of interest in architecture and to participate in furthering this knowledge through mutual exchange and communication. Our initiative is still continuing, with events and collaborations revolving around the topics of architecture and architecture books.
