For more than 30 years, the Düsseldorf architecture firm HPP has been designing, planning, and building the office building on the campus by the Münsteraner Kolde Ring for the insurance company LVM. The latest office tower, designed by Duk-Kyu Ryang and HPP, represents a—temporary—highlight, which is also called crystal owing to its unusual cubature. The glass sculpture of a building spirals upwards at an angle and unconventionally and is connected harmoniously to the older neighboring building by means of a bridge made entirely of glass. This book presents the significant new building, which provides space for 400 workspaces, training and conference rooms, and whose expressive architectural language is reflected in the interior design, as well as in the furnishing, the color scheme, and the artistic aspects of the building.
