Berlin has changed: Far more than 200 architectural photos illustrate this new image of Berlin in its full architectural diversity. Through this, the impressive panorama of the city with its most important buildings dating from the Middle Ages through to the 21st century is shown, illustrating the contrasting styles of the traditional and modern existing side by side. Introductory texts to this history as well as contributions by Helmut Engel, Volker Hassemer, Heinrich Pfeffer and Hans Wilderotter bear testimony to the frenzied changes of this city.
